Two ways to verify your student status โ€” choose whichever works for you

Option 1: .edu Email Verification

  1. Create a NepalCloud account using your .edu.np or .edu email as the primary email
  2. Verify your email by clicking the verification link delivered to your inbox
  3. Order the FS-1 plan โ€” your account is automatically verified!
Important: You must actually verify the email via the delivered link โ€” simply adding an .edu email without verification won't work.
Alternative

Option 2: Student ID Card

  1. Create a NepalCloud account with any email address
  2. Order the FS-1 plan from the hosting store
  3. Create a support ticket after ordering and attach a photo of your active student ID card
  4. Our team will verify and activate your hosting within 24 hours
Tip: For faster verification, submit both your .edu email and student ID card together.

Domain Must Be Active

Your domain must be registered and active at the time of ordering. We support all TLDs (.com, .com.np, .org, etc.) โ€” there are no restrictions on domain extensions.

Nepali Students Only

This program is exclusively for students currently enrolled in a Nepali educational institution. Verification through a Nepali .edu email or Nepali institution's student ID is required.

Keep Your Account Active

Accounts that remain unused or inactive may be suspended with proper advance warning. This helps us ensure resources are available for students who need them.
