Prices are full-term totals in NPR. Checkout confirms taxes and renewal amounts before you pay.

Hardware
Specifications of the servers behind each product, as configured by NepalCloud. We have not published independent benchmarks; performance depends on your plan's limits and workload.
- Shared, WordPress, Node.js/Python
- AMD Ryzen 9 3900 (12 cores), 128 GB RAM, 3.0 TB Gen 4 NVMe per host server. Your account gets the published CloudLinux limits (LVE RAM, CPU, IOPS, EP, NPROC), not the whole server.
- DirectAdmin
- AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D (16 cores), 128 GB DDR5, Gen 4 NVMe per host server, with per-account CloudLinux limits.
- VPS and RDP
- AMD EPYC v3 Milan vCPUs, DDR4 RAM, Samsung NVMe, KVM virtualization. vCPU, RAM, storage and 30 TB transfer are per plan.
- Small VPS II
- 2 vCPU, 2.5 GB RAM, 45 GB SSD (not NVMe), 3 TB transfer. Port 25 blocked; cannot be upgraded.
- Dedicated
- Intel Core i5-13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 64 GB DDR4, 2× 512 GB NVMe (last published configurations).
What we don't offer
- A datacenter in Nepal. All servers are abroad; latency depends on your ISP and the region you choose.
- GPU servers. AI workloads run on CPU only.
- A free trial of paid hosting. FS-1 for verified students is the only free plan.
- Monthly billing on shared, WordPress, DirectAdmin or reseller hosting.
- A published uptime SLA. The status page shows measured availability, not a guarantee.
- Guaranteed backups. Managed hosting includes daily backups, but the terms do not guarantee them; keep your own copy.
- Windows licences on RDP servers (bring your own).
- Management inside VPS, RDP or dedicated servers. You administer the operating system and software.

Support and reliability
We aim to resolve routine requests within an hour and to handle tickets within 24 hours. These are targets, not guarantees. Managed hosting support covers the hosting platform, not custom code or plugin debugging.
Corrections log
When we find that the site said something our checkout or policies did not support, we correct it and record it here.
- 9 Oct 2026: removed "monthly billing from Rs. 50" for shared and DirectAdmin hosting (only 12-month or longer terms exist).
- 9 Oct 2026: removed the one-month free trial claim (the promotion is not active).
- 9 Oct 2026: reseller hosting now shows annual totals and states it is excluded from the money-back policy.
- 9 Oct 2026: AI hosting no longer says data stays in Nepal; VPS regions are outside Nepal and CPU-only.
- 9 Oct 2026: cloud hosting prices removed (not orderable online); dedicated servers marked out of stock.
- 9 Oct 2026: Small VPS II now discloses US/Canada-only location, blocked port 25 and no upgrades.
