It's like having a high-performance Windows PC in the cloud that you can access from anywhere.
BYOK means that while we provide the Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro installation, the Windows license key is not included in our pricing. You need to bring your own valid Windows license key and activate it after your server is provisioned. This keeps our plans affordable while giving you flexibility over your licensing.
We offer Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Pro only. You can choose your preferred version during the server setup process. Both versions come pre-installed and ready for your activation key.
Our RDP hosting is a completely unmanaged service. We handle the physical infrastructure — hardware, network, hypervisor, DDoS protection, and OS installation. However, everything inside Windows is your responsibility: security settings, firewall configuration, Windows updates, antivirus, software installation, backups, and user management. Think of it as renting hardware — what you do with it is up to you.
Yes! Our RDP servers use the exact same KVM virtualization infrastructure, AMD EPYC processors, NVMe SSD storage, and 10 Gbps network as our Linux VPS plans. The only difference is the operating system — these come with Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro pre-installed instead of Linux.
You can connect using the built-in Remote Desktop client on Windows (mstsc.exe), or use Microsoft Remote Desktop app available on macOS, iOS, and Android. Simply enter your server's IP address and the credentials we provide after provisioning. You'll get full administrator access.
Yes, you can upgrade from a lower plan to a higher one at any time. The upgrade is seamless and your data will be preserved. Downgrades are not supported. If you need a custom configuration, contact our sales team.
As this is an unmanaged service, you are responsible for your own backups. We provide snapshot functionality (1 snapshot per plan) which you can use for point-in-time recovery. We strongly recommend setting up your own backup solution for critical data.
