You can connect using the built-in Remote Desktop client on Windows (mstsc.exe), or use Microsoft Remote Desktop app available on macOS, iOS, and Android. Simply enter your server's IP address and the credentials we provide after provisioning. You'll get full administrator access.
Yes, you can upgrade from a lower plan to a higher one at any time. The upgrade is seamless and your data will be preserved. Downgrades are not supported. If you need a custom configuration, contact our sales team.
As this is an unmanaged service, you are responsible for your own backups. We provide snapshot functionality (1 snapshot per plan) which you can use for point-in-time recovery. We strongly recommend setting up your own backup solution for critical data.
