Point your domain to NepalCloud nameservers. We confirm everything is live and working.

Eligible shared and WordPress migrations have no upfront charge. If you subsequently request a refund, a completed migration can incur a deduction of 25–75% of the annual package price under the refund policy. Confirm scope and the deduction in writing before transfer.
Most migrations are completed within 24-48 hours after submitting your ticket with the required access credentials.
We prepare the new account before the DNS switch to reduce interruption. Keep the old service active until testing and DNS propagation are complete; zero downtime cannot be guaranteed.
Website files, databases, email accounts, email data, cPanel settings, and SSL configurations are all transferred.
We can assist with most cPanel-to-cPanel migrations for free. Custom server migrations may require additional coordination through the support portal.
