Service status
Service status
Live availability, incidents and maintenance for NepalCloud services are published on our independent status page, run on Better Stack.
What is monitored
Uptime figures on the status page come from automated external checks over the last 90 days. They describe past availability; they are not a service-level agreement.
| Service group | Covers |
|---|---|
| Main site and client area | Website availability and the billing/client area |
| Shared hosting | cPanel shared hosting server |
| DirectAdmin hosting | DirectAdmin hosting server |
| Free student hosting | FS-1 student hosting server |
| VPS locations | Washington D.C., Singapore, San Francisco and Tokyo |
Not every VPS region or product is monitored individually. If your service is not listed, an all-green page does not rule out a problem with your server.
If something is not working

A listed incident means we are already aware. Follow its updates for progress and resolution.

On a self-managed VPS or RDP server, the operating system, firewall and applications are your responsibility; check them first.

Include the domain or service, the time it started and any error message. Tickets are accepted at any time.
