Ticket-based follow-up

Use a ticket for migrations, billing questions, DNS help, product changes, and anything that needs account history or technical follow-up.

Migration review

Before moving a website, ask NepalCloud to review the current setup so the migration path, risks, and product fit are clear before the cutover.

Scope check before you buy

Ask what is managed, unmanaged, or outside support scope before ordering so the product matches the workload from the start.

Support scope across services

Clear boundaries matter because managed web hosting, domains, and unmanaged servers are not supported in the same way.

Shared, WordPress, cloud, and DirectAdmin

These are managed website products. NepalCloud will handle hosting platform issues, account setup, billing, SSL flow, migration review, and technical problems caused by the server environment. NepalCloud does not and will not debug CMS issues, plugins, themes, custom code, or application errors inside your website.

Domain registration and renewals

NepalCloud handles registration, renewals, transfers, and billing. Nameservers, DNS records, and contact information can be managed by you directly from your account, so routine domain configuration stays under your control.

VPS, dedicated, and RDP

These services are completely unmanaged. NepalCloud provisions the service and cares about service-level and abuse-level issues, but does not access, administer, or take responsibility for anything inside the operating system, control panel, applications, mail, databases, or code. Everything inside the server is your responsibility.

Abuse reports and temporary shutdowns

NepalCloud takes abuse reports seriously. A credible abuse report may lead to temporary shutdown or suspension until the issue is resolved, and repeated or unresolved abuse can lead to stronger action.

Need a support answer before you order or migrate?

Open a ticket with your current setup, product name, and question so NepalCloud can tell you what is covered, what is unmanaged, and what service is the better fit.
