Prepare a readable upload
JPG, PNG or WebP · up to 20 MB / 40 megapixels. Exported images are flattened on white; metadata is not copied. No cropping or changes to document content.

Files stay in this tab. Refresh to clear them. JPG usually reaches the target with more detail than PNG for photographs. If a readable file cannot fit, export stops instead of delivering an oversized file.

Small enough to upload. Clear enough to read.
Use an evenly lit scan or photo. Include the full document, avoid glare and make sure names, numbers, seals and signatures are in focus. This tool keeps the entire image; it cannot recover blurred text or missing edges.
Compression reduces file size by adjusting quality and dimensions. Inspect the downloaded image at full size. Keep color if it conveys information or the recipient requires it. The preview shows orientation and color; the final compressed file may have fewer pixels.
The .np registry currently publishes an 800 KB maximum for image uploads. This tool uses a stricter target of less than 200,000 bytes. Other portals may have different dimension, color and format requirements.
