## Policies

- Money-back: 14 days from account registration on shared hosting plans only (cPanel, WordPress, DirectAdmin, Unlimited), one refund per customer. VPS, RDP, reseller, dedicated and domain services are excluded; completed migrations can be deducted. https://nepalcloud.com.np/moneyback-policy
- Free trial: none currently. FS-1 student hosting is free for verified students in Nepal.
- Service status: https://status.nepalcloud.host. No uptime SLA is published on this site; ask support for any product-specific commitment in writing.
- Backups on managed hosting are provided but not guaranteed under the terms; keep an independent copy.
